Mornington House

We all have friends who have verged on madness due to the stress and strain of building a house. We frequently see them on television architectural programs, falling apart in the midst of disaster: Gripping on to the remnants of their relationship (and their sanity) by the end of the build. It’s apparent they don’t have a Barton Building team on their site. I have recently completed an architect designed home on the Mornington Peninsula. At the same time I have been running two businesses: One in hospitality. All of that, as well as countless family demands on my time – and a life ! I couldn’t have built a house if Chris Barton hadn’t been heading up the competent, skilled building team. I didn’t have one moment of stress around the house build. There was no problem which didn’t have a prompt solution. I could trust Chris. And the outcome is stunning. Chris and his team are not only practical, inventive and skilled: I like to call them “builders with old fashioned talents.,” they are also respectful, kind, efficient and a lot of fun to have around.
